SecurAmerica has created a unique, special and innovative program, the 110% Club, to reward and recognize SecurAmerica employees who exceed key performance and attendance standards and, in doing so, give 110% to our customers.
All eligible SecurAmerica employees are awarded points by their respective supervisor each month based on their performance in the following evaluation dimensions attendance, punctuality, appearance/image, work quality, use of SecurAmerica’s learning management system (i.e., taking computer courses) and customer commendations. Points are determined based on a specific set of measurable criteria identified for each performance category.
Employees who earn 110 points over a calendar year will become members of the SecurAmerica 110% Club and receive a 110% Club lapel/uniform pin along with a personal congratulatory letter from SecurAmerica’s president and chief operating officer, John K. Adams.
Employees who earn 150 points or more, or who have earned points associated with the top tier of performers within their region receive a SecurAmerica 110% Club pin, award certificate, recognition trophy, a check for $110 (net) and will also be invited to attend an awards banquet in their honor where EVERY officer’s accomplishments are spotlighted.
