Once each dimension is determined, a recruiting profile is created that identifies key characteristics and qualifications that will be needed to help support the client’s culture. This profile is then used to recruit and interview potential job candidates. Profile categories include:

- Likes/dislikes

- Barriers for performance delivery

Each profile is translated into behavioral interview questions to assess the candidate’s capability in meeting the "blend requirements" of the customer’s corporate and local work site culture.
