Organizational Structure

There are two components of the SecurAmerica organizational structure. The first is the OPERATING COMPANY STRUCTURE. This is outlined below:

Security Officer: This will be the frontline service delivery person in the SecurAmerica organization. Security officers will be responsible for the day-to-day service to our customers, upholding our brand and its values and will represent our company to the security industry as a whole.

Site Supervisor: This position will manage the security officers at the client location. They will also represent the first line management to the customer and will be responsible for quality assurance as it relates to officer performance and the officer’s understanding and demonstration of the SA culture.

Account Manager: This individual will be ultimately responsible for all of the business process activities in the customer account to include personnel, recruiting, maintenance of the client relationship and overall profit and loss responsibility for the customer. When feasible, this position will exist in addition to the Site Supervisor.

Operations Director: This individual will oversee the day-to-day operations for multiple accounts within their geographic area of responsibility. They will have responsibility for assisting with pricing decisions for their market, developing the transition plans for newly acquired customers, managing the overall activities of the accounts within their area of responsibility, customer retention and overall satisfaction.

Business Development Manager: This individual will have responsibility for development of pricing related to new client acquisition. This will be in tandem with the Operations Director. They will also be responsible for ongoing customer relationship management and overall client retention. They will assist with the renewal of customer agreements and additional account penetration.

Region VP/General Manager: This individual has responsibility for the entire profit and loss position within their region. They are responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day business transactions within their region. They will be directly responsible and accountable for the positions outlined above and all key business processes including:

  • New client acquisition
  • New business transition
  • Employee recruiting, staffing and retention
  • Employee development and training
  • Customer retention
  • Value-add services
  • Regional profitability and business growth

The Region VP/General Manager is expected to have an entrepreneurial philosophy of managing their region while helping drive the company’s values and key tenants.

President - John Adams: John will oversee all aspects of SecurAmerica’s business operations to include: sales, marketing, customer relations, operations, human resources, recruitment, training and has total profit and loss responsibility for the company. John is also responsible for development of SecurAmerica’s corporate strategic and tactical plans.

Shared Services Organization
The Second level of the SecurAmerica organization structure is a "shared services" model. In addition to the corporate and support staffs shown above, SecurAmerica is also supported by the shared resources of our sister company, Air Serv Corporation, which has established operations in 20 US cities and employs over 4500 employees. The Air Serv team provides aviation support services and transportation services to Federal Express, Delta Airlines, Southwest Airlines, American Airlines, Lufthansa, Northwest Airlines, British Airways and United Airlines, among others. Air Serv offices are located in Miami (33 employees), Orlando (7), Tampa (15), Atlanta (525), Washington D.C. (557), Boston (20), Chicago (560), Memphis (323), Cincinnati (448), Dallas (114), Denver (565), Newark (28), Lexington (5), Salt Lake City (148), Reno (30), Seattle (209), San Francisco (435) and Los Angeles (384).

These offices provide robust operational support to the services provided in that market including recruiting, screening, selection, training and operational account management.

Some of the key positions within the Shared Services Organization are:
Finance and Accounting – Mike Snyder: We will leverage our shared services organization for finance, accounting, payroll, billing and accounts payable. This area is led by Mike Sndyer - CFO.

Human Resources –Suzanne Fountain: We will leverage our shared services organization for all administrative and benefit-related areas of the Human Resources function. Recruiting will reside within the local branch offices. This area is headed up by Suzanne Fountain, VP of Human Resources

Legal and Compliance –Megan Jones: We will leverage our shared services organization for all legal, contractual, audit and compliance needs. Megan Jones VP of Legal and Compliance will lead our legal and compliance functions.
