Executive Biographies

Frank Argenbright, Jr. started his first security services company 25 years ago. His experience and relationships afforded him the opportunity to hand pick the management team to develop and grow SecurAmerica. This management team has established the following guidelines to maintain their course in building a premium provider of security services at a competitive cost:

  • Work with quality people – clients and employees
  • Do what is right for the client and it will be right for SecurAmerica
  • Analyze every process for efficiencies
  • Track service delivery through proven metrics
  • Train our people to be successful
  • Understand the client’s culture
  • Match our personnel to the proper client based on that culture

These guidelines have been established because they have proven, over 25 years, to
create an environment where we can deliver legendary service to our customers and provide a great career for our people.
