Tom is the strategic leader for SecurAmerica, responsible for implementing the visionary initiatives of Founder and Chairman, Frank A. Argenbright, Jr. Having partnered with Frank for twenty years, Tom has executed the corporate mission of "Building Billion Dollar Businesses", by delivering legendary service to its customers. SecurAmerica is the third business Tom will grow with Frank and his team.
Prior to joining SecurAmerica, Tom was President of ABM Aviation, a division of ABM Industries. Tom was an Executive Officer and a member of the Executive Leadership Team. During his tenure, he participated in the Company's 2020 Vision Transformation, growing ABM Aviation into a $1 billion business. In 2012, AirServ was acquired by ABM, and Tom remained and fulfilled his four year commitment.
Before co-founding AirServ with Frank Argenbright, Tom was the President and COO of AHL Services. During his six years there, he was instrumental in defining the Corporate Strategy and in leading the US Operations of a $1 billion Aviation and Commercial Security Enterprise. During his tenure, Argenbright Security grew to $450 million in annual revenues and became the fifth largest US Security Business.
Tom was also Vice President of Sales and Marketing for both the Coca Cola Company and Apple Computer. Previously, Tom served in a variety of operational and management positions at the Pepsi Cola Company and Procter and Gamble.
Tom received a BS in Research from the University of Virginia, and a MS in Systems Management from the University of Southern California. Tom also is a US Army veteran, having served in the 25th Infantry Division for three years.
