Thomas Givens

Regional Vice President - Georgia

Mr. Givens is responsible for all customer service, operations, quality assurance, human resources and profit and loss functions for the Georgia Region that includes the State of Georgia along with several other southeast, southwest and mid-Atlantic states.

Thomas has been in the contract security industry for over ten years and has held multiple senior level management positions. His most recent position was District Vice President for Allied-Barton where he was responsible for operations management of signature and high-profile Class A real estate within the Atlanta area. Prior to this role, Thomas spent eight years at Securitas, the World’s largest security service provider, where he served in multiple senior management positions, including Vice President of Quality Assurance.

Thomas currently holds the highest certification in Homeland Security, CHS-V and is a Certified Forensic Examiner through the American College of Forensic Examiners International (AFCEI). He is an active member of ASIS International, BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association) and is also a Certified Peace Officer in the state of Georgia.

Thomas earned his Criminal Justice degree from Austin Peay State University in Tennessee. After graduation, he served 14 years in the US Army and received several distinguished decorations and citations for combat and non-combat actions.
