Pat Soucy

Regional Vice President – New England

Mr. Soucy is responsible for all customer service, operations, quality assurance, human resources and profit and loss functions for the company’s New England Region.

Pat brings over 20 years of leadership in sales and operational management and has held diverse management positions at the local, state, regional and global levels with a variety of prestigious companies in a number of different fields. Pat also served as an infantry officer in the US Army where, over his distinguished 14-year career, he served as a battalion company commander and in other key operations positions.

Prior to joining SecurAmerica, Pat was the State Sales Manager for a large energy company in Connecticut where he created and mentored one of the top ranking sales teams in the New England & New York Regions. For over 11 years, Pat worked for Enterprise Rent-A-Car and oversaw the business operations for a four-region division in the United Kingdom.

Pat is on the Board of Directors for the Connecticut Chapter of IREM (Institute for Real Estate Management) and is the Board Secretary for the Connecticut Chapter of ASIS (American Society of Industrial Security) International.

Pat works with a number of non-profit charities and had been recognized by the National Multiple Sclerosis Society for his leadership. Pat earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Connecticut and is presently working on his Master’s Degree.
