Karan Ishwar joined the company in 2014 and has elevated to become Chief Financial Officer. In this role, Karan oversees strategic initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, technology partnerships, investments, and market development initiatives. Karan is responsible for the execution of SecurAmerica's inorganic growth strategy, which involves identifying, evaluating and structuring acquisitions.
He has extensive knowledge and a deep understanding of labor-intensive services-based industries developed through continued interactions with numerous companies in the space. He is passionate about technology, focusing on the identification of technology trends that impact service-based companies and developing strategic partnerships with technology companies. Karan has a strong professional track record in the areas of Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Cross-Border M&A advisory, Corporate Banking and Technology across diverse organizations, ranging from large and industry-leading companies to startup ventures in their early days. He has also had the opportunity of working in multiple countries across Asia, Europe and North America, and brings a global perspective to the SecurAmerica team.
Karan has an M.B.A. degree in Finance and an Engineering degree in Information Technology from NMIMS University in Mumbai, India. He is an avid sports fan with a keen interest in cricket, tennis, and golf. He is also very passionate about technology, travel, fitness, and movies.
