Chief Customer Officer Don Ridgway assists with the development and retention of SecurAmerica's customer base.
Don began working in contract security with Frank Argenbright in June of 1980 at Argenbright Polygraph. After Argenbright Polygraph expanded to Argenbright Security, Don helped to establish the firm's first major contract with Georgia Power. Through the continuous growth of Argenbright, Don took on the role of Vice President of Mid-South Operations, focusing on the Federal Express employee transportation, growing industrial and aviation security, and opening additional markets in the South. While in Memphis, Don grew the Federal Express security operation into a world-wide conglomerate with security locations in France, England, and the Philippines.
After the sale of Argenbright, Don rejoined Frank Argenbright and Tom Marano at AirServ as Vice President of Customer Service. When ABM acquired AirServ, Don stayed on for 5 years as Executive Vice President of Global Aviation Accounts. Prior to his role at SecurAmerica, Don spent a year working for Alliance Bus Group in the Aviation Sales division.
Don earned his degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Georgia and his masters in Criminal Justice from John Jay College of Criminal Justice.
