David Crow is the Vice President of Global/National Accounts Sales and Operations. His goal is to grow SecurAmerica’s Global/National accounts team into one of the most dynamic, customer-focused organizations in the industry by offering clients a program with distinctively different components that differentiate our services from the rest of the industry.
SecurAmerica has developed a formidable national accounts program that focuses on providing their clients with tremendous core services based on employee screening programs, account management and day to day oversight to insure quality at all sites as well as status updates based on documented performance metrics. David is focused on program development to enhance the company’s client-based service model and provide savings to our customers through effective resource allocation, innovation, and the implementation of technology that delivers value to the client’s program. David is committed to the Legendary Service culture at SecurAmerica and demonstrates the distinctive difference that this core value brings to each client’s individual program.
Prior to joining SecurAmerica, David was with US Security Associates, where he grew and led one of the fastest paced sales organizations in the country. Previously, he spent more than 26 years leading various loss prevention, asset protection, and safety and government compliance teams across a large spectrum of disciplines to include Supply Chain (both nationally and internationally), Retail, Healthcare and Petro/Chem. This allows David a unique point of view into the importance placed by clients on the service levels and program offerings of their security providers, both from a budgetary and quality of service perspective. This expertise and experience enables him to develop a client-specific model that provides the highest level of client service and attentiveness, integrating when appropriate the technology solutions SecurAmerica has to offer.
David has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Wingate University and was a certified state law enforcement officer in North Carolina, where he served as an Officer/Investigator with Mecklenburg County Police Department.
